Sergej Lebedev is a German type designer with many years of professional experience in type design. He graduated in Communication Design from the Trier University of Applied Sciences in Germany. With over a decade of experience in type design, he is renowned for his creative expertise and his ability to design extensive font families and realise them digitally with precision. His portfolio as a type designer is characterised by a wide range of type designs, from the elegant Aela font family to contemporary typefaces such as App Sans and the modern Coin font superfamily. He has specialised in the development of variable fonts, with a view to creating versatile and adaptable typefaces.
