Sergej Lebedev is a German type designer with more than a decade of experience in designing contemporary font families and corporate typefaces. He graduated in Communication Design from Trier University of Applied Sciences and specializes in extensive variable typefaces that combine aesthetic clarity with technical precision.
His typefaces were distributed through Linotype / Monotype, including Client and Desk Sans, featured in Linoletter and on the Linotype website. Many of his type designs are used in branding across various industries. Selected commercial families are available through Type Network.
Lebedev’s portfolio comprises 17 font families with over 250 individual fonts, including numerous variable font designs. Highlights include the elegant Aela, the versatile Coin superfamily, and the modern App Sans.
