2. License Grant
2.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Fonts in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
2.2. The license is unlimited in duration and territory and covers both private and commercial use.
2.3. All rights to the Fonts and the type design remain with the Licensor. No ownership rights are transferred.
2.4. The license becomes effective upon downloading, installing, or using the Fonts for the first time.
2.5. The Licensor is not obligated to provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Fonts.
If updates are provided that consist solely of bug fixes or technical improvements, such updates may, at the Licensor’s discretion, be made available to the Licensee at no additional cost and shall be subject to the same licensing terms as the originally licensed Fonts.
Extended versions, additional font styles, new character sets, or any other functional or design‑related enhancements may be offered by the Licensor as separate products and require a separate license.

3.4. The use of the Fonts in open-source software that would make the Fonts freely available to third parties is prohibited.
3.5. The Fonts may not be used in a way that would make the Fonts the primary value of any software or service.
3.6. The Fonts may not be used, in whole or in part, for the creation, training, fine‑tuning, or improvement of AI or machine‑learning systems. This also applies to any data derived from the Fonts.
The use of the Fonts for generating, reproducing, or simulating typefaces, glyph shapes, or typographic characteristics is expressly prohibited.
Use in systems or services that provide third parties with access to the Font software or to font‑related data that can be extracted from it is not permitted.
Use in design software or automated workflows is permitted, provided that the Fonts are used solely for the display of content and no further analysis, extraction, or processing of font data takes place.
3.7. The Licensee is permitted to create a reasonable and technically necessary number of backup copies of the Fonts exclusively for archival and backup purposes.
Such copies must remain under the exclusive control of the Licensee and may not be made accessible to third parties or stored on systems that allow unauthorized access.
3.8. If there is concrete evidence of a breach of this End User Licence Agreement (EULA), the licensor may request information and appropriate documentation from the licensee to clarify the matter.
